From platform delivery to mission sustainment — end-to-end autonomous maritime solutions worldwide.
Comprehensive operator and maintenance trainings are provided. These include, classroom trainings, practical hands-on trainings and simulator trainings. Refresher and renewal training programs may be conducted periodically to maintain operator and maintenance personnel proficiency, and to address system updates, software upgrades, and operational lessons learned.
Having set by our maritime autonomy vision our business model stands upon three pillars:
The technology and know-how of ULAQ USVs, including the design, development, production and testing knowledge shall be provided to business partners in terms of documentation, training and active involvement. The prime objective of this technology transfer is considered to have ULAQ Global and Partners to create a synergistic environment by combining their resources and expertise, fostering innovation that will contribute to regional and economic development. The outcome is intended to jointly build the capability to design, produce and do the sales of indigenous unmanned surface vehicle systems in prospective markets.
ULAQ technology and systems integration expertise can be provided to ship builders and prime contractors in developing their own indigenous USV sor for transforming existing manned platforms to robotic nature. In such a business model, ULAQ acts as autonomy systems provider and integrator, while the customer acts as platform and related systems provider.
The customers who do not want to own and operate an unmanned system, or who require a one time or temporary solution that needs unmanned concepts may request ULAQ as a service. Some UAAS models include target towing, damage assessment, seabed exploration, oceanographic survey, etc. In this business model, the personnel which operates and maintains the system can either be provided by ULAQ Global or can be provided by the customer. If customer would provide the operators, ULAQ Global can give operator trainings for the customer organization.
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) ensures that the delivered ULAQ USV systems can be operated, maintained, and sustained throughout their service life with high availability and controlled lifecycle cost. The ILS framework supports activities like maintenance planning and implementation, spare parts provisioning and supply chain management, training of operators and maintenance personnel, provision of technical documentation, supply of support equipment and test devices when necessary, and continuous improvement through operational feedback.
